fear is the little voice that whispers in your ear, "you are about to grow".
Meeting at the edge is an invitation and exploration to dance on the threshold of the known into the mystery of our unchartered territory. While attending to the somatic anchors of ground and center we will be encouraged to flirt with our growing edge.
Are you willing to leave the cozy confines of comfort to see what is on the other side?
We will use the support of others through movement inquiry, witnessing and ritual to dare to unveil new aspects of ourselves.
In this workshop, using the platforms of soul motion, we will invest in and investigate ways to fully inhabit our own bodies. With our feet we will tend the soil of our tender edge to create fertile ground on which to risk, grow, fall and rise. We will risk being seen in our vulnerability, to give voice to uncomfortable truths and show up for ourselves, another, the community and spirit.
The edge… there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over.

Guidance: Michael Molin-Skelton USA
Michael listens to prayers in the wind and hears music, looks into the window "pains" of the heart and feels rhythm, touches the world through movement and knows spirit.
He invites you to collaborate as we co-create this journey together. Michael reaches through dance rather than teaches to dance.
Michael became a certified 5Rhythms teacher in 1998, joined the Soul Motion teacher tribe in 2001 and is currently a senior faculty member of the Soul Motion® school.
A few things Michael holds sacred: “The love of my life Anneli, the miracle we named Jaylan, friends that cherish and challenge me, dancing alone, dancing with you, love.“
“Dance is not something I do, it is simply who I am.”
